1988,and was previously called shunlong MDF-board
Co.,Ltd.Our company was one of the first groups
of MDF manufacturers to be approved in China.With
nearly 20 years of experience in the manufacture
of MDF,we have a strong market position and
proven performance record. The
company currently has four factories,they
are:shunlong MDF-board Co.,Ltd,Deqing Shunlong
Wood Industry Co.,Ltd.Huaiji Shunlong Wood
Industry Co.,Ltd,Yangshan Wood Industry
Co.,Ltd.
Shunlong Wood Industry Group
produces and sells range of wood based products
including Medium Density Fibreboard(MDF),Particleboard,and
wear resistant compressed laminated flooring.We
have an annual capacity of 460,000m3 of
MDF and 2,000,000 m2 of flooring. We also
manufacture a complete range of resins including:
Urea Formaldehyde, Melamine Urea Formaldehyde,Alkyde
Resins,Acrylic Resins,UV Resins,UV Coatings,and
Phenol Formaldehyde resin for use in glass
fibre and mineral wool insulation.
The company currently has
six MDF lines,and one particleboard line.Our
products are certified by the Chinese Wood
Based Board Testing Centre and meet or exceed
the requiremetnts of ANSI 208.2-2002 and
we can make both E1 and E2 formaldehyde
emissions.Our products have smooth surfaces,
high IB’s,and excellent dimensional
stability.Our MDF is suitable for all types
of post processing,including;sawing,drilling,routing,painting,and
laminating.We have recently become the first
local supplier of powder coatable MDF into
Chine market,through our collaboration with
our foreign partner.This brings to an end
history of this product being 100% imported
to China.
In 2004 Shunlong brand MDF
was evaluated as ‘TOP BRAND’
in Guangdong province and in 2005 was awarded
the ‘Certificate for Product Exemption
Form Quality Surveillance Inspection’by
the State General Administration of the
People’s Republic of China for Quality
Inspection and Quarantine.Our company is
also certified to the ISO 9001-200 quality
system. |
