Huaiji Shunlong Wood Industry Co.,Ltd.which is wholey owned by Shunlong Wood Instry Group the design capacity was only 30,000 m3 per annum.However with the experence of the Shunlong Wood Group and some modification to the equipment,this has been increase to 60,000 m3 pa.The “Shunyan”brand is the main MDF product. Three panel size are routinely made: 1220mm×2440mm?1220mm×1500mm?1220mm×1880mm panels made in follwing thicknesses: 9?12?15?16?18?21and 25mm.Our products are certified by the Chinese Wood Based Board Testing Centre and meet or exceed the requrements of ANSI 208.2-2002.Our products have smooth surfaces,high IB’s,and excellent dimensional stability.Our MDF is suitable for all types of post processing,including;sawing,drilling,routing,painting,and laminating.
Key uses of our producets include:Furniture,loud speakers,room decorations(cabinets),and factory fittings.”Shunyan”brand MDF is an accredited product in the Guangzhou piano Factory. To ensure our future, Shunlong group also has a long term investment in plantation forests in Huaiji County,Guangdong Province.Currently we have 200,000 mu under plantation.It furthers Shunlong’s commitment to developing the Huaiji region and improving the environment and quality of life for the residents of Huaiji.
