Yangshan ShunlongWood
Industry Co.,Ltd.is a subsidiary of the Shunlong
Wood Group,Yangshan Shunlong Wood Industry
Co.,Ltd.which engagees in the manufacture
and sales of Medium Density Fibreboards(MDF).Yangshan
Shunlong is located in Fancun Yangshan,Guangdong
Province,China.The factory coves 400 mu(1
mu =1/15 of a hectare), and it employs 250
staff and 30 technicians.There are two MDF
lines,each with an annual capacity of 50,000m3.The
main equipment for the MDF line has been supplied
by Pallmann,Germany.We also have a matching
six and eight head compter controlled sanding
line supplied by IMEAS.The factory has its
own 20,000 tonne/pa formaldehyde plant and
matching resin plants.
Production at Yangshan Shunlong began in October
2005,and through the Shunlong groups 20 years
of MDFproduction experience,we have gone from
strength to strength.Inspection by the China
Wood-Based lnspections Centre has certiffied
our products in meeting the chinese standards
for E1?E2 and moisture resistant MDF. Our
produts have smooth surfaces,high IB’s,and
excellent dimensional stability.Our MDF is
suiable for all types of post processing,including;sawing,drilling,routing,painting,and
laminating.
To ensure Our future,Shunlong group also has
a long term investment in plantation forests
in Yangshan County,Gongdong Province.Currently
we have 200,000 mu under plantation,and in
the future we will have a total of 4,000,000
mu under plantation with an additional investment
of 20,000,000 RMB.
